Sizing Info: Measure yourself around the part of your hips you will be wearing the belt. There is a chance you will fit two sizes. If this is the case for you we recommend choosing the bigger size as the padding will come further around your body and be more comfortable. If you have a long excess, this can be tucked into the loops on the pouches or cut off.
